Guidelines and Regulations
1. A registration fee includes 2 WRIST BANDS per booth that will be supplied the day of the show. Refunds will only be given if the space can be resold. Fees must be paid with registration to guarantee space. your name will be on the parking list at the gate. You will not receive anything in the mail to confirm your space.
2. We reserves the right to refuse admission of any bird of questionable health.
3. Paradise bird mart is NOT responsible for vendors’ city and state retail tax liabilities.
4. Vendor agrees not to hold paradise bird mart responsible or liable for any losses or injuries. If your bird bites someone you are responsible 100%. If your product fails to do what it meant for you are responsible.
5. YOU MUST HAVE DISINFECTENT AT YOUR BOOTH IF YOU HAVE BIRDS OR ANIMALS OF ANY KIND OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED $2.00 FOR A BOTTLE.
6. Please keep your area clean during the day and dispose of any trash at the end of the day. YOU MUST CLEAN YOUR BOOTH AT THE END OF DAY OR WILL BE CHARGED $25
